Happy Tuesday, people.

You know, I’m starting to wonder if I should keep posting my plans. It seems that every time I decide to do something, another thing happens that prevents me from enacting my plan.

For instance, I’ve picked up some kind of stomach bug. Not sure where I could have gotten it, but I was miserable all day yesterday. Thankfully, I feel a bit better today, but I’m still not at 💯. My breakfast consisted of an apple with peanut butter and coffee.

Speaking of coffee, I tried this recipe for homemade coffee creamer. I found the recipe on Pinterest, and I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it but it works. I used a different syrup than what was called for, but it turned out pretty tasty. The basic recipe is a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk, 2 cups of milk, and 1/3 cup of flavored syrup. The recipe suggested Torani syrup, which can be found on the coffee aisle at the store, but I used Starbucks. I’m not really a fan of Starbucks coffee. It tastes burnt to me, but the syrup was more natural than Torani. I used the caramel flavored syrup, and it’s very tasty. It took a minute or two to mix it all together, and I’m not sure how long it will last, but it does need to be refrigerated.

In other news, I have no other news. Lol. I have just been trying to work on feeling better. Until next time, stay healthy my friends.
