Happy Wednesday! This post will be short, but I wanted to share a couple of things.
First, I have sprouts! I know I’ve mentioned my flower garden, but I forgot to mention I’d planted a couple of moonflower seeds. Well, they sprouted and let me tell ya, those little boogers grow!
Once they get a little bigger, I’ll transplant them to the flower garden. I’ve got a makeshift trellis going on that they can climb all over.
The second thing I wanted to share comes from a post my chiropractor shared on Instagram. The original poster is @acouplecooks on the Gram, and the recipe is Peanut Butter Dip.
It sounds disgusting but I made some and it’s addictive. Here’s the recipe:
1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 Tablespoons maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Combine all ingredients and voila! Serve it with some fruit (apple slices would be nice), or some graham crackers. I used just a spoon but ended up trying it with a graham cracker. Delicious!
