My Nemesis has Returned

Today’s Bible Reading- Joshua Chapters 1-3 & Luke Chapter 1 Verses 39-80.

Good morning, friends. Happy Saturday to you all. As the title implies, my archenemy has returned once again. Pollen. The storm we had on Thursday has riled up the Bradford pears, oaks and pine, and let me tell ya. It’s going to be a bad year for allergies in my area. My ears are popping like crazy.

I don’t really have a heap of things planned today. It’s Saturday. Kind of my day of impromptu things. My day to be somewhat spontaneous. Our high is supposed to be in the upper 50s to lower 60s. The sun is coming up happy and bright. I have two tulips popping up that may, in fact, be red! It’s exciting.

I’m only on my second cup of coffee but I’m wired. I do have to run to the pet store to get more cat food. I have enough wet food for today and the dry food is almost out as well. That’ll be an adventure. I also could see just how soggy the ground is and maybe start working on hoeing up the garden plot. Our front yard was a bit marshy yesterday, so I’m hoping the backyard is similar. That means less stress on my rotator cuffs.

All in all, I’m expecting a good day today. It’s a good day to get some laundry done as well. Well, that’s all I have for now, folks. I have a shower to take and cats to feed. Gracie seems a bit puny, but she was probably up all night. Please help me pray that God will sustain her as we wait on this vet appointment on the 30th. Help me pray that she won’t lose any more weight. She has a good appetite but she keeps losing weight.

Anyways. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.<3
