Today’s Bible Reading- Judges Chapters 12-14 & Luke Chapter 9 Verses 37-62.
Good morning, friends. I hope y’all had a fantastic Easter. It was a wonderful day here. This morning we are blessed with a bright sunshine, happy birds singing and a high of 79 degrees is expected.
The roses survived what I will predict is our last frost, thank God. I’m so excited that I have a rose bud, too! Mom was telling me that since the rose bushes were so little (they came in 2 inch pots), I shouldn’t expect roses on them for at least a year or so. She’s excited about the bud, too.
Today is going to be a full day. I have to call and get Gracie’s surgery scheduled, I need to check on the bank accounts and make sure everything is kosher. I also need to check in with some peeps and maybe even attempt to work on the garden a little bit. No promises about the garden. Whenever I say I’m going to work on it, something always seems to come up and prevents me from doing it.
Other than the things I mentioned, I don’t have too many plans for today. It’s Monday. I call it the Holy Hangover. Growing up in church world, Sundays were the busiest of days and everyone would just crash on Mondays.
That’s my update for today, folks! I have a shower to take, cats to feed and a breakfast burrito in the oven. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
