Friday Feelings

Today’s Bible Reading- 2 Samuel Chapters 6-7 & Luke Chapter 18 Verses 18-43.

Good morning, my friends. I hope you’re well. It’s a bit chilly here today but not like yesterday. We’re expecting mostly sunny skies with a high of 68 degrees. Currently, it’s sunny and 42 degrees. Yesterday at this time it was 32.

Unfortunately, I lost my tomato plants. 😦 That last one that was doing so well was frostbitten from the surprise freeze. It is awful late in the season for a frost, but okay. We’ll just chalk it up to the weirdness of life these past couple of years. On the bright side, I have more seeds, so I can plant more tomatoes. Or I could just go down to Lowe’s and buy three tomato plants. Since I have seeds, I may try that out.

I had to take Gracie in to her regular vet yesterday. Her tushy was just so matted up from the poo. We’ve been trying to clean her off and it was getting more and more matted. I felt so bad for her. She was very uncomfortable. I was concerned she’d get a rash or something, so I asked them to shave her tushy. They did a really good job with her and she is much more comfortable and clean! I had called the vet where she had surgery but they never called me back. Either they’re super busy or that’s just not something they want to deal with. I don’t know. I’m going to go on the side of busy. The last time we were there to pick Gracie up, the parking lot was full.

Today I plan on making my menu, catching up with bills, and getting the groceries. I have yet to feed the cats, so I need to get that done. I washed my hair yesterday but it doesn’t feel like it. Probably stress bringing out the grease.

Well, folks, that is my day today. Life is good, God is still on His throne, and He continues to answer prayer. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
