Friday Goals

Today’s Bible Reading-Psalm Chapters 116-118 & 1 Corinthians Chapter 2.

Good morning, my friends. I hope you’re well. I’m slowly getting back on track. Today’s weather will be a high of 89* with a 50% chance of rain. We had a little bit of rain yesterday in the late afternoon. It was a nice cool down. I imagine it’ll be the same way today.

I almost got all my laundry done yesterday. I have two loads left. My bottoms and some heavier things (a rug, a small quilt, and a towel), but after those are done, my laundry will be caught up! Yay! It’s always nice to have clean clothes.

Today I have to venture out. Mom needs insulin and another prescription. I need to get groceries. we’re almost out of cheese. Us. The people who had a whole drawer stuffed with it. We have a small bag of shredded cheese and about three slices of Provolone left.

It’s Friday, so I also need to work on the bank accounts and bills. I was putting on my shoes and socks yesterday to take a bill out to the mailbox when the mail lady came and went before I could even get a shoe on. Bummer.

I’m feeling a good bit better today, but I’m still not at 100%. Thus the need to use curbside pickup for groceries.

Gracie had a bit of a puny day yesterday, and she seems a bit puny today as well. I don’t know if it’s the weather or if she got a hold of something she shouldn’t have. Lord knows how much she loves plastic. At least she’s out of her hole. She stayed in a dark hole in the den yesterday. Today she’s begged nom noms off me and Mom and she’s had a drink of water and some food, and now she’s on her pillow resting. She did play a little bit, too.

I don’t have much else to say, folks. I have a lot to do today, and I need to get things done. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
