Today’s Bible Reading- Isaiah Chapters 24-26 & Ephesians Chapter 4.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you’re well. I slept in this morning, but when I woke up at 7:30, it was quite a welcome sight. Fog. Foggy mornings are something I love about fall. It’s cozy, and rain makes it even cozier!
Our high today will be 80° with a 10% chance of rain, and the fog should be completely gone by mid-morning.
Gracie finished off her food some time during the night, so she was a starvin’ Marvin’, as we like to say around here. She’s gotten her nom noms and some fresh dry food, and her breakfast and she’s now curled up in her pillow for a morning nap.
I waited to do my grocery shopping because we weren’t sure if Pop would be coming home this weekend or not. Turns out he will be at this job for another couple of weeks. I’m going to attempt going to a grocery store today. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been in. I’m just sick and tired of ordering groceries. I like to look at things and see what’s on sale and just browse.
I forgot also that there’s a festival in a town about half an hour from where I live. I may run by there and check it out. This month is when the town next to mine has a Greek festival, and this year I want to get some food from there. Hopefully, there will be baklava. I absolutely love this dessert!
Besides groceries and festivals, I really don’t have a lot on my schedule today. I know that grocery shopping will take a massive amount of energy, so I’ll probably go to the festival first.
I have a pile of laundry that needs done, so I may do that as well, and I bought another bar of Castile soap, so I may make some more laundry detergent. Mom asked me to make some whenever I could, so that may be my afternoon wind down. I have to grate the soap, so it takes a while.
That’s all for now, folks! I need to get around and find some breakfast. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.❤️
