Today’s Bible Reading- Isaiah Chapters 45-47 & Colossians Chapters 3-4.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you’re well. It’s another beautiful day here. A high of 77° with no chance of rain!
Yesterday was eventful. I checked on the cucumber plant and found a number of baby cukes along with a medium sized cuke. I’ll have to check again today as cucumbers ripen very quickly and I don’t want to let one go to waste.
Replacing the light bulbs in the hallway took way more time than I’d planned. At first, I couldn’t figure out how to get the bulbs out. They’re those fluorescent tubes and I’ve never dealt with those before. After quite some time, I said a prayer and asked the Lord to help me, and He did! I tried once more to get the bulbs out and this time they came out! I grabbed my purse and the bulbs and headed out to the hardware store.
Again, things took much longer than I’d planned, but eventually I found the correct replacement bulbs, made the purchase, and headed home. By that time it was past lunch, and I wanted to celebrate learning a new thing, so I bought us some lunch. It was a very late lunch/very early supper.
Later on in the afternoon, I decided to go ahead and start my laundry. I managed to get two loads almost complete before bed time.
Gracie is enjoying her new night light as the bulbs are a cool white. I believe the description on the box was “daylight”. I’ll give them that one. It is bright as the daylight in the hallway now.😂
Today will be finishing laundry and running Mom around for some errands. Then it’s filling the car up and heading home to make tacos.
That’s all for now, folks. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.❤️
