Today’s Bible Reading- Jeremiah Chapters 38-39 & Hebrews Chapter 1.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you’re well. It’s been an interesting start to the day.
Our high today will only reach 47° and it’s already 45° as I write this. We also will be having rain for most of the day as well. 🥶. I’m tempted to do grocery shopping today.
Last night, as I was getting ready for bed, some kind of big truck showed up at my neighbor’s house. I’m not sure what they dropped off, but they left and a tow truck came and took her late husband’s car. This morning, I was rolling out of bed and heard a semi truck engine roll down the road. My first thought was that it was a new driver who had never been to the plant down the road and missed the turnoff. My second thought was oh wait, my neighbor’s house is supposed to get demolished. Maybe that’s it.
It’s the second option, my friends. Within 20 minutes of me being up, they are already knocking down the house. Some people would look at it and mourn, but I see it as a fresh start for her. I’m eager to see if she’ll build a new house or if she’ll get a mobile home put in. Mobile homes nowadays are just as nice as regular homes, in my opinion. A lot of them are nicer than the house I live in!
I’m not sure what her plans are for the cats. I saw some of her felines running around outside in our yard, so she’s probably going to let them roam until she gets another house on the property.
I made a bit of a new beginning myself! I jumped onto the cryptocurrency train. I didn’t spend much, but I’m excited to see where it’ll take me. Who knows? Maybe I’ll get enough where I can renovate this house!
Gracie had her morning nom noms, and now she’s curled up on her bed.
I brought the tomato plants in last night as I was concerned about a frost. I think they would’ve been okay, though. It only went down into the 40s. Tonight, though, we’ll be getting into the 30s, so I’ll definitely have to bring them in.
That’s all for now, folks. I need to get my grocery list together and I need to wash my hair today, and I need some breakfast. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.❤️
