Monday Vibes

Today’s Bible Reading- Jeremiah Chapters 46-48 & Hebrews Chapter 4.

Good morning, my friends. I hope you’re well. It’s a bright, sunny morning here. We are expecting a high of 72° here today with no rain.🥳

That mean that the tomato plants can go outside for the day! Woo hoo! Real sunshine is the best sunshine. I put them out all day yesterday and they really enjoyed it. Our low tonight will be in the 30s, though, so I’ll have to bring them back in.

Dinner yesterday turned out pretty tasty! I was hoping for a bit of gravy, but there wasn’t any. There was just enough for Mom and me to have one decent-sized plate. 😁. I love it when a plan comes together.

Tonight’s supper will be green beans, ham and potatoes with a side of cornbread. I know we’ll have leftovers, but that’s okay. Good lunches or breakfasts for me. Mom hates leftovers unless it’s spaghetti or lasagna.

So what are my goals today? Well, I have a blanket that needs washed, some trash needs to be taken out, and I need to catch up on the banking stuff. I’d also like to vacuum my room. It’s starting to feel a little grungy on my feet. It doesn’t look bad, but there’s some crumbs from Gracie’s dry food that need vacuumed up.

I did get a surprise yesterday morning. We turned our clocks back! 🥳. I love turning the clocks back. I feel like it’s the correct time, and I love having an extra hour of sleep. I wish we could just keep it this way all the time. I think my state was trying to get something passed where we didn’t do daylight savings time anymore. I hope it does pass, but if it does, please let it be for the turning clocks back and not forward.

That’s all I have for today, folks. I need to get around and enjoy the day today. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.❤️
