Life

Welcome to Wednesday

Today’s Bible Reading- Ezekiel Chapters 13-16 & Hebrews Chapter 11 Verse 23- Chapter 12 Verse 29.

Good morning my friends. I hope you’re well. It’s been a quiet morning here today. Mom slept in so I fed the cats and made some breakfast and coffee.

Yesterday was somewhat productive. I did end up roasting the pumpkins. It took quite a while and I think I may have mildly sprained my wrist cutting them up. Wow. I forgot that pumpkins are hard little critters! I ended up with just enough pumpkin to make two pies. I also had quite the mess to clean up.

Today I need to venture out to purchase some shoes. I was holding out that maybe PF Flyers would have some shoes in stock, but no go. Since I’m getting holes in my shoes, I think I need to break down and buy some, though. Especially since it looks like we’ll be going to Atlanta next week.

Mom is also low on insulin, so I want to make sure she has enough.

Beyond those two things, I think it’ll be a fairly normal day. I hope it is.

Gracie is snoozing after morning nom noms and breakfast. She’s perked up quite a bit since I changed her litter back to the natural one. She even played with me today!

The tomato plants are doing great! Think they’ve grown over night and they are a rich, dark green color. I have them sitting in the sunshine right now.

Tonight’s supper will be what Monday’s supper was supposed to be. Chicken, yellow rice and peas. I ended up not cooking Monday night because of my headache. Mom opted for oatmeal and I had some cereal and an apple.

That’s all for now, folks. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.❤️
